Pictures show the older design which had a cardboard lid. I have had the item re-designed and it now comes with a poly lid just like the original did

The "Poly" is reproduced by a professional polystyrene company. It is not exactly the same as the original but is fully functional to store the GameBoy. It will fit a genuine DMG-01 box as well as one of my soon to be released reproduction boxes

Note there is a smaller box variant - my Poly only fits the thicker variant! Measure your box carefully that a 50mm poly will fit!
